To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

Items are unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

Requests are limited to issues related to quality, size, or color.

The request is made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Clearance Sale items and products damaged due to use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for items valued over $75.

If your product is damaged on arrival (DOA) or shipped incorrectly, please contact us first before sending it back.

Do not return items directly to the address on the parcel. This may be a transit warehouse and not the correct return location.

Return packages must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date shown as delivered.

Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories/documents.
💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–12 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
