Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, wrong size, or preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds
